Paraguay’s senate opposes executive and CSJ on bonds issue

Development: On 2 March, Paraguay’s senate issued a statement calling on the supreme court (CSJ) and the executive led by President Horacio Cartes to respect the constitution and refrain from issuing new sovereign bonds this year without securing congressional approval.
