*Argentina’s Finance Secretary Pablo Quirno has announced that the government has met its deadline for recent debt obligations. Quirno made the announcement on social media, without providing further details. According to the local and international press, the government paid US$4.3bn to sovereign bondholders in what was reportedly its largest repayment since a 2020 debt restructuring.
