COLOMBIA: Gov’t presents new tax reform bill
On 10 September Colombia’s Finance Minister Ricardo Bonilla presented a tax reform bill to congress that aims to bring in an additional Col$12trn (US$2.8bn) via new taxes on wealth, carbon, and gambling, while lowering business tax rates for most sectors.
