HONDURAS: Castro defends decision to end US extradition treaty
On 29 August Honduras’ President Xiomara Castro said she was not prepared to “allow extradition to be used to intimidate or blackmail the armed forces (FFAA)” and that a “plan was being hatched against my government and it is important that people know it”.
