HAITI: TPC members implicated in scandal
On 15 August an opposition leader in Haiti, André Michel (Secteur Démocratique et Populaire), wrote on social media that “we encourage the courageous initiative of two observers of the transitional presidential council [TPC] which proposes an inquiry committee to investigate corruption allegations involving three TPC members”.
