OHL corruption allegations resurface in Mexico

Development: On 26 November Mexico’s federal electricity commission (CFE) denied that it had been pressured into awarding a US$477m contract to Spanish construction firm Obrascón Huarte Laín (OHL) by Emilio Lozoya Austin, the general director of the state-owned oil firm, Pemex.
