Bolivia: Gov’t seeks to address judicial concerns

Development: On 25 November Bolivia’s Vice-President Alvaro García Linera announced plans to reform current legislation in order to eliminate the national senate’s authority to sentence top justices, giving these responsibilities to the judiciary itself.
